This aspect is individual-dependent but in my experience, after an initial cycle of 4-5 closely spaced weekly sessions, the meetings are gradually spaced out until complete discharge. The path is always defined together with you, based on your needs and personal goals.
In my studio, to ensure a comprehensive listening and welcoming experience, the initial visit lasts approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. Subsequent sessions last between 40 and 60 minutes, depending on your medical history and the needs of the process.
My sessions cost €70.
Special agreements are possible and must be agreed upon together, based on your situation.
